PitchedOps, Inc. ("PitchedOps," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-powered operations platform for roofing contractors. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use our services.

Account data: When you register, we collect your name, company name, and email address.

Business data: We process job data, pipeline information, financial records, and customer information that you sync from your CRM and accounting software. This data is yours — we process it only to deliver our service.

Usage data: We collect logs, IP addresses, browser type, and feature usage to improve our platform and diagnose issues.

Integration credentials: API tokens and OAuth tokens for CRM and accounting integrations are stored encrypted at rest.

We use your data to:

• Provide and improve the PitchedOps platform
• Generate pipeline reports, margin alerts, and operational insights
• Send transactional emails (alerts, digests) that you configure
• Respond to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models without explicit consent.

We share data only with:

• Infrastructure providers: DigitalOcean (hosting), Supabase/PostgreSQL (database) — bound by data processing agreements.
• AI providers: OpenAI — only when you have enabled AI features; no business data is retained by OpenAI beyond the API call.
• Email providers: SendGrid — used for transactional emails.
• Legal obligation: If required by law, court order, or to protect rights.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, plus 90 days after cancellation (for account recovery). You may request earlier deletion by emailing privacy@pitchedops.com.

We use TLS 1.3 for data in transit, AES-256 encryption for sensitive credentials at rest, bcrypt password hashing, and role-based access controls. We conduct periodic security reviews. No system is 100% secure — if you discover a vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly to security@pitchedops.com.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of non-essential communications

We use session cookies for authentication and minimal analytics cookies. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser, but some features may not function correctly.

PitchedOps is a B2B platform intended for business use. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with data, contact privacy@pitchedops.com.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify registered users by email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
