What's the setup fee for?

The one-time setup fee covers white-glove onboarding: we connect your CRM (Pipedrive/JobNimbus), sync your QuickBooks data, configure your alert thresholds, and make sure everything is running before you're on your own.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes. You can change plans at any time from your billing dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What CRMs do you integrate with?

We currently support Pipedrive and JobNimbus. QuickBooks Online is required for margin and payment features. Additional integrations are available on Enterprise plans.
